To find out where your order is, or in what status of fulfillment, you need to log in to your account on Nedumo, enter the “Orders” section and check if your order has already been processed and shipped. Regarding the status of your order, you can find one of the following information:
On hold: we have just received your order. If you have made the payment through PayPal or Credit Card, verify that it has been successful and that it is indicated as “executed”.
Pending payment: If you have decided to pay by bank transfer we are waiting to view the payment.
Processing: we are preparing your order and we are going to ship it.
Completed: your order is ready to be delivered to the courier, from this moment it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order.
Refunded: You find this status if the payment is refunded to you, on your current account, on your PayPal account or through a coupon to be reused in our online shop.
Failed: Find this status if the payment failed.
Canceled: You find this status if you have requested the cancellation of your order, or you have placed separate orders but with the same shipping address that are sent in a single solution. In the latter case you will find a valid order also containing the items in the canceled order.
To find out if your order has already been sent, you must log in to your Nedumo account, enter the “Orders” section and check if your order has already been processed and shipped. If we have already delivered your order to the courier you will find the Tracking Code.
If your order has been shipped you should still have received an e-mail with the Tracking Code that will allow you to track your shipment.
No, it is not possible to give a timetable to the courier who generally organizes deliveries by zones. If the courier does not find the recipient, he will automatically reschedule the delivery to the next working day.
IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED: If the order has already been sent, by accessing your “Orders” dedicated area you will find the courier’s tacking code. You should therefore have received our e-mail informing you of the shipment tracking. If you click on the tracking link of the shipment we sent you in the email, you will find all the news related to the status of your order.
IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED: Access your “Orders” dedicated area and find out what the status of your order is.
Your order may not have arrived for several reasons:
– YOU PURCHASED A PRODUCT NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE: we are waiting for the item to be re-stocked, once your order is processed and shipped.
– YOU HAVE CHOSEN AS A PAYMENT METHOD BANK TRANSFER: once we have received your payment, your order is shipped.
– YOU HAVE REQUIRED AN EXCHANGE: your order starts when the product you want to replace arrives in our warehouse.
If the courier does not find the recipient of the delivery at home, he will come the next working day. In the event that it does not find you even the second time, the order will be in stock at the courier’s office closest to the shipping address.
All items of the same order will be shipped in a single solution when they are all available. If you want more items, some available, others on backorder and there is the need to immediately receive the available ones, we recommend making two separate orders.
Ordered items immediately available:
– With payment made by credit card or PayPal, shipping will take place within 24 hours.
– For purchases with payment by bank transfer, shipping takes place once payment is received.
– If you have requested an exchange, your new order starts when the product to be replaced arrives in our warehouse and we have seen it.
Orders of items marked with “Available on backorder”:
– For all orders that include items to order, and therefore not immediately available, the expected delivery date is indicated at the time of order confirmation (the timing may vary depending on the quantity). Once all the ordered items are ready, the order is processed and sent.
Orders with items ARE AVAILABLE AND ON BACKORDER:
– The shipment takes place in a single solution once all the products are ready.

Yes, by contacting customer service via email at shop@nedumo.it. We remind you that any change to your order may result in a delivery delay of approximately 24/48 hours from the date indicated.
IF THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED:
No, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. The courier makes two attempts to deliver to the indicated address, only after the failure of the last attempt will we be able to change the address and reorganize the shipment. For this reason we suggest you contact us at shop@nedumo.it to indicate the new delivery address.
Orders with IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE products are delivered to the courier within 24/48 working hours from the order:
– In Italy they are generally delivered within 24/48 working hours, through our trusted courier. The packages are packaged in order to guarantee the complete integrity of the package and its contents.
– In the case of shipping to the islands, the south and the peripheral locations, delivery can take up to 72 hours.
– For international shipments delivery times vary depending on the state, on average they are 48 / 72h in Europe, 3/5 working days in the rest of the world.
In the case of orders with products NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, you need to wait for the ordered product to arrive in our warehouse (the timing may vary depending on the quantity). Once all the booked items have arrived at our warehouse, the order is processed and shipped.
No, deliveries do not take place on national festivities, Saturdays and Sundays. Deliveries are made only during working days from 9.00 to 18.00.
When your order is shipped we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of your purchase. In this communication you will find the tracking link that will allow you to track your shipment.
Yes, it is possible. While executing the order you can enter a different address from the billing / receipt address. During the SUMMARY of the order, you can change the shipping address.
No, in Italy it is not possible to make deliveries to post office boxes.

Yes, deliveries to a country outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes when they enter an Extracee Country. These taxes do not depend on Nedumo but on the Customs of the destination country. All taxes and any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Nedumo cannot know in advance any taxes and customs charges as they vary from country to country. To return a product you need to send a request via e-mail to shop@nedumo.it with the wording RETURN in the subject of the e-mail within 30 days of receipt of the item and follow the instructions:
ASK FOR A REFUND in case you want the return of the amount spent for the items you want to return.
ASK FOR THE COUPON in case you want to change an item. The coupon is a rebate discount code, and can be used immediately to place a new order. The new order will be shipped only after we receive the returned item in our warehouse. No, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery.
